- Parking: It mandates parking provisions, including two-wheeler parking and limited car parking for visitors.
- Community Facilities: It requires developers to provide community spaces like a community hall and an Anganwadi-cum-Creche.
- Amendments: The policy has been amended from time to time, with changes related to interest charges, allotment rates, and other aspects.
